Fees will be discussed and agreed upon before our first appointment so there are no surprises.

If we do not take your insurance, it is important to note that many insurance plans will reimburse 40% - 80% of the cost of Out-of-Network therapy, and some even fully cover the cost of therapy sessions. We are happy to provide you with a monthly statement (called a Superbill) which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Treatment Approach

Session Culture

In session you'll find a calm, conversational style that is rooted in evidence-based practice and existential inquiry. Christine listens carefully, offers reflections and occasional challenges, and will teach tools as needed. Early sessions focus on understanding your story; later work digs into underlying patterns and cultivates autonomy.

Clients can expect feedback, education, mindfulness exercises, and concrete strategies tailored to their needs. Therapy may include short-term symptom management and longer-term structural work.

We want you to be the kind of person you want to be, feeling content and satisfied with life.

From Beginning to End

In the first few sessions, we'll be getting to know each other. We'll talk about your background, including stories and history related to what you'd like to work on. At Attunement Therapy, we want to understand you as a unique, individual person before major treatment and changes can take place. However, if there are immediate problematic symptoms, we'll give you early tools and resources to help you stablize from the very first session.

After those first sessions, we'll move on to root cause analysis, treatment, and growth. We'll collaborate and work together on the "why", help you to break unhelpful patterns, and encourage you to embody a life based on your values.

Typically we will meet weekly and as you begin to feel better we will space sessions out. Therapy shouldn't last forever, so we will collaborate on a when it is time to conclude.
