I currently accept Aetna, Cigna, United, Optum, and most BCBS plans. 

I use a third-party service to verify insurance coverage before our first appointment. If I do not take your insurance, it is important to note that many insurance plans will reimburse 40% - 80% of the cost of Out-of-Network therapy, and some even fully cover the cost of therapy sessions. I am happy to provide you with a monthly statement (called a Superbill) which you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I recommend you contact your insurance provider to ask about these benefits. I also offer sliding scale slots when appropriate and there is a demonstrated financial need.  Fees will be discussed and agreed upon before our first appointment  so there are no surprises.
